For the construction of fixtures and jigs or custom-designed machines, the precision of single parts is of crucial importance. Before components can be assembled together, they have to be milled or worked with EDM, lathed, grinded and measured. Another important work process is welding. The successful construction of a jig or machine depends on the perfect outcome of these work processes. In our company, experienced specialized workers are in charge of the production processes. All work processes are documented.
The table provides information about the scope of our single part production.
